 Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! Message us with your request and we will do our best to fulfill it. Pricing may vary depending on the custom order. For all custom orders, we do require a 25% non-refundable deposit of the quoted order price. This is to cover supply costs that might accrue when designing a custom floral arrangement and ensures these expenses are paid in the event a buyer cancels. All deposits will be deducted from the final order price at checkout.

 How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

All items will be handmade within 1-3 business days (excluding U.S. recognized holidays). Order processing time can vary for custom orders depending on size and availability of materials. Once we have finished processing your order, delivery takes approximately 3-4 business days with our free standard shipping option. However, for an additional cost we offer UPS 2nd day air if express shipping is needed. During the busy holiday season we strongly suggest ordering as soon as possible, as shipping times are subject to change with delays from our shipping carriers.

 Do you offer gift wrapping?

At this time we do not offer gift wrapping. However, it is our hope to have gift wrapping as an option for our customers in the near future!

 What are some helpful tips?

1. Once you receive your product and take it out of the box, be sure to fluff the flowers. They tend to flatten during the shipping process.
2. If you ordered multiple of the same product, please know that
there may be minor differences between each one due to the nature of painting jars and styling the flowers by hand.
3. Every jar is painted with a matte chalk finish and is not
waterproof. This means that you likely wouldn't want to place your arrangement in an area where your flower jar will get wet often.
